Initial Mohs surgery went well

"He seems very young but I guess just young looking. I felt comfortable talking to him like a friend. Not everyone wants to talk but he explained the procedure well and explained my options well. The only part that hurt was the lidocaine shots. The hole looks clean. I opted to let it heal naturally because of where it’s located above my lips and near my cheek. He explained that if I’m not happy with that choice down the road that he can fix it. He was kind and asked if I was ok. He gave me a mirror at my request to see the hole. He answered all my questions. He was nice. Now it’s time to heal up. He examined the part that was removed and said clean margins. The cauterized the wound and bandaged me up. He also explained that grafting wasn’t a good option for the area. Everything he said made sense. Unless somehow this turns out badly I would recommend him."
